Dressing up and playing princess occupy a good portion of our time lately. As much as we tried not to let them creep into our house, Cam is all about the princesses. The only princess movie she has seen is "Snow White" so naturally her favorite princess is Snow White. Her favorite dwarf? Dofey, of course.
Cam actually asked me to take a picture. This is "what she wanted to look like at her married" (wedding). She then got upset because she didn't have any flowers. Thinking on my feet, I grabbed a tutu with flowers and bunched it together. The tutu is still a bouquet- she loves her flowers.

This has become known as "The blue dress" in our house. Cam wants to wear it constantly. I have decided that I need to start taking pictures of all of her ensembles because she will wear it over or under anything. As long as it's on.
Ella came over to play one afternoon, and the girls got dressed up. Ella became known as "Desperately Seeking Ella" from her outfit. They had a blast!
Cam went upstairs and got dressed by herself. Notice the jean skirt layered on top of jeans. We thought it was a Canadian classic. A tribute to Uncle Jason.
I was trying to get the girls ready to go to the store last week, when Cam came in and announced she was all ready. I let her keep the "arm warmers" on under her jacket, and she agreed to take off the tiara and leave it and her purse in the car. She did whisper to me "Don't worry Mom, I have my clip clop shoes in my purse." Why wouldn't you?? Other contents of the "purse": 2 pairs of sunglasses, a "lip stick," a nickel, a skirt from the dress up box, and about 8 necklaces. All the things a girl would need.
